Step 1: Find Your RecovR Dealer
To renew your contract, you will need to go to a RecovR dealer. We recommend going to your original dealer. You can see their information when you log into the RecovR mobile app, go to the vehicle with your contract, and click View Contract Instructions.
You may need to scroll down to view your RecovR dealer's information.
If you have moved or need to find a new RecovR dealer, please contact RecovR Customer Support in the mobile app.
Step 2: Go to Your RecovR Dealer
After determining your RecovR dealer, go to the dealership to renew your contract. You do not need to bring anything.
Benefits Lost When Your RecovR Contract Expires
Limited Warranty for the Duration of the Contract
Our limited warranty provides essential coverage to your vehicle and RecovR device, including:
Theft Assistance: In the event of vehicle theft, the warranty covers up to $5,000 to assist with your insurance deductible. This is not intended to replace your vehicle, as that should be handled by your auto insurance.
Device Replacement: If your RecovR locator becomes non-operational, the warranty includes a replacement device at no additional cost
Theft Recovery Mode Assists Law Enforcement in the Event of Vehicle Theft
Theft Recovery Mode in the mobile app increases the frequency of vehicle location updates, provides targeted support from the RecovR team, and generates a shareable tracking link for law enforcement, allowing them to monitor your vehicle's movements on your behalf.
Theft Recovery Mode is not a replacement for calling 911.
