The RecovR mobile app currently supports Android OS version v5 (API level 21) or later and iOS version v10 or late. Any earlier versions will not be supported.

If you are using a supported version, and the app is crashing, please try to uninstall and re-install the app. If you are still facing the issue, please contact the support center.
