The system is designed to work everywhere in the US where LTE coverage is available.
If your locator is outside of LTE coverage for 3 hours or more, you will see a 'Not Reporting" locator health state in your RecovR app. If this happens while your vehicle is in a dead zone, no need to worry. It will automatically reconnect once it has LTE coverage.
