You might be ready to update your tag's software if you received a push notification or if you saw an alert on your mobile app.

Install a Software Version Update

Navigate to your the Tag Detail's page for your keys to see if there are available software updates. The update will inform you what comes with this new update.

The tag must be actively connected and in range of the phone - This is necessary to complete the software update. If the phone is out of range, bluetooth connection is disabled, or any other disruption is preventing the tag to actively connect to the phone the update will not work.

Make sure your Tag is charged! To initiate the software update, your RecovR Tag must be at least 50% charged.

To begin the download, simply have to click Install Now . This will start the download process. The Install should only take a minute or two.

Do not close out of the app while the software update is in progress.

This will cause an interruption of the software update, and you may need to start the update again.

After the install is complete, the Software Version Screen will show that the tag software is up-to-date and there will no longer be alert states throughout the app. You can return to your Tag's deatil
